Forgot where I was

Well it would seem that I forgot where my blog was. I am going to try this again. As I said I have been crocheting for 34 years and have recently taught myself the basics of knitting. Right now I am working on a baby blanket in Baby Clouds yarn for a girl at work, and a ripple stitch blanket for my nephew who turns 2 this month. i am hoping to be able to post pictures of both when they are finished. I have set myself a goal to start a new afghan after I finish these that I found online and it will be a gift for my Dad. It is a graphed ghan of Elvis. looking forward to getting in to that one as well. Looks like the dogs want to go out and I want to get in some crochet time before bed tonight. So guess this will be all for this first new post.

New to blogging

I am new to blogging. I am an old hand at crocheting however. I have been crocheting for 33 years. I was taught the basics by my Grandmother and then went on to teach myself more complicated stitches, how to read and write patterns, and am now teaching myself to knit.
I love to curl up with my yarn and a new pattern and see what comes out.
